THE PARTY Cecilia Dean, Stephen Gan and James Kaliardos toasted Visionaire’s “62 RIO” issue at the Delano in Miami Beach. THE GUESTS Heavy on the fashion contingent, the guest list was not short on designers with Roberto Cavalli, Yigal Azrouël, Gareth Pugh and Johan Lindeberg in attendance. THE SCENE Rio came to life with Brazilian cocktails, a beachside carnival replete with outrageously dressed dancers, and a percussion band that marched the length of the Delano’s lobby for the party’s finale.
